I’m a mystic- I rely on experience, above belief, for my relationship with the numinous.

I write poems, songs, and chants and I live poetically, that is, through non-rational connections and juxtapositions- While at the same time, adoring cognitive, rational, and sequential expressions.

I tend to get the hard stuff right and get flummoxed over the easy stuff.

I am a feminine spirit speaking mysticism from a feminine perspective, and at the same time, empathizing with a masculine perspective, and at times, embodying it.

I’m a lover- A furnace of adoration that struggles to find peaceful, productive, compassionate expression

I am a business person who writes good copy, gives good phone, thinks strategically, supports intelligent hierarchy, and works well behind the scenes.

One of my practices is to serve at least one person (in addition to my family and business world) each day. Another favorite practice is expressive dance.

I feel enormously grateful for Ken Wilber’s Integral Vision.
